1. Scoping and Project Estimates

All pricing models, project timelines, and software architectures scoped during discovery sessions are initial estimates. Final project parameters, database deliverables, and maintenance terms are governed solely by our signed master services contracts.

2. Intellectual Property and Licensing

The codebases, database models, and graphic assets we deliver to our corporate clients are licensed in accordance with agreed contract terms. Source code for active, live external client websites linked in our Work sections belongs to their respective owners.

3. Service Disclaimer

We program websites to align perfectly with search guidelines (SEO) and web speed compliance (Core Web Vitals). However, search engine rankings depend on external algorithms. We do not guarantee specific placement, traffic increases, or search revenue results.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

Any disputes or claims arising out of project services rendered by SkyEagle Studio shall be evaluated in accordance with the laws of Lahore, Pakistan, where our development operations are registered.
